STAKO 1,1L tank is the World’s lightest 300 Bar compressed air tank. We want our product to be popular not only among pro players. We are going to create wide range World’s lightest compressed air tanks. We will be launching new sizes of paintball tanks shortly.

During refilling from empty to full the thermoplastic liner expands just like the tyre tube. This is when the air gathered under the carbon wrapping evacuates outside through the fibres. We call it a “bubbling” effect. This is not a leakage but perfectly normal behaviour of our tank. After the tank is refilled this effect stops.

The design of our tanks starts with analytical calculation (predimensioning). Then we do simulations with Abaqus software which shows the behaviour of the tank in different conditions. The design that is proven by FEM (Finite Elements Method) is tested during prototyping phase. All our designs undergo LBB (Leak Before Break) procedure. That means the tank is designed in the way that even broken or unsealed they do not burst open but slowly go empty.

We are dedicated to the quality of our products. Our efforts to build the best possible Quality Assurance System have been awarded ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate. This is the highest QA standard in automotive industry. All our products are tested and approved by a German independent testing institute TÜV.
